The hierarchy is a natural human phenomenon which has manifested itself as caste in india and as sects, tribes and religions in the rest of the world - it is the same hierarchy that tells muslims they are superior to others BECAUSE they are muslims, christians they are superior to others BECAUSE they are christians.
