one can not force to improve the standards of anybody

they have to be provided with guidance and assistance to win in any field

they can be provided with financial assistance, which they are already providing with scholarships, why the hell the reservation in every place

this will obviously bring the standard down

and the deserving candidates will not get an opportunity
