During the british indo afghan war, around 12,000 indian soldiers maybe went to capture kabul under british order. the europeans were killed and indians were distributed across afghan families as slaves. Maybe we should reconsider that both taliban as well as anti taliban sides are evil.
afghans brokered a treaty with the britishes which was to grant britishes and indians free passage back to india, in return of possession of kabul.
And after the treaty was signed and kabul returned all were hunted down, killed or enslaved.except a sole european.
