More than 60 years back we became independent i.e. 1947 and till the literacy percentage is 45% that meanse 55% is poverty ridden people. Infact Chine became independent during 1949 and the illiteracy removed from the nation (98% educated people in China). From this is is very evident that a communist India can perform.
