BJP could not make Ram Temple because it was dependent on 21 other parties to run the government. Some of them were bitterly hostile to the idea of ram temple and would have caused the govt. to fall.
BJP said that the day they get absolute majority, they will build Ram Temple and throw commies into Bay of Bengal.
