Well said Bhupi... The aim of GHANDHIs is just that. When a person is labelled as backward, many people will come to know about it. Just remove that tag and see, in less than 5 years nobody will come to know who is backward/SC/ST and who is not. This is because people now are scattering around the world for better livlihood.
