Their is nodoubt that poverty has been a great menace to our nation since our freedom.I m not statician,but broadly speaking,half of India's population is still below poverty line.A lot of villages r deprived of water,electricity and basic needs.Definitly plan should be made and implemented on clock .Then only this war could be won
