.. she does not ask the obvious Qs : a) you insulted India by claiming you were being persecuted and asked a foreign country to help you and NOW that it has failed, you are asking INDIA to help you? Are we indians shameless? Would a black american go to china for asylum, get denied, then come back to los angeles and expect help??

c) Smart enough to run hotel, pay taxes, get permits (it takes 16 permits to start a restaurant in texas) BUT didn't know he had applied for poitical asylum?
