congress is founder of all scientific institutions in this country. it is the founder of liberalisation in the country. it is the founder of the telecom revolution in this country because of which you can make STD calls so easily. It is the founder of the IT revolution in this country beause of which you have a rediff id to write the crap you are writing. Compare it to 6 years of misrule by the BJP. UTI Scam, Tehelka expose, Gujrat riots, goof up in parliament attack, needless Kargil war, coffin scam etc etc. I suppose that is India shining for you!!!!
