I understand that ppl do things which are unislamic in julus and procession which is only due to the fact that they lack knowledge. But this does not mean that fateha, visting darga is biddat..
it is your sect which is biddat which has arose in the later part of islam's history there by fulfilling our beloved prophet's prophecy about deviated sects
sects will appear in the latter part of islam, and they will go away like an arrow goes out of a bow, they will be stead fast in their worship but in fact will be deviated.
I question you, that right from day 1 of Islam till 18th century there was only one group ahle sunnat. there have been great number of walis and aalims who have passed but none objected? why?
now question yourself what is right and what is wrong..
You talk about Fatiha, go read the hadiths with open eyes, our beloved Prophet did pray after his son's(May Allah's Mercy be on him) death having some dates which were distributed among the sahabas who were present.
The Holy Prophet (Sall Allaho alaihi wasallam) made Qurbani of two well built rams with horns. He sacrificed them with his blessed hands and said, Bismillahi Allahu Akbar, O Allah, This is from my behalf and on behalf of all those in my Ummah who did not make Qurbani.This Hadith has been narrated by Ahmed, Abu Dawood and Tirmizi on the authority of Hazrat Jaabir (radi Allahu anhu).
when a qurbani made on behalf of ummah(also for ppl who have not yet come in this world) is accepted and practiced by our beloved prophet(P.B.U.H), if we recite quranic aayats and pray for deceased it is not permissible.
It is in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Ummul Mo%u2019mineen Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (radi Allahu anha), A person came to the Prophet (Sall Allaho alaihi wasallam) and said that his mother passed away suddenly and he felt that if she had anything to say before her death, she would have requested sadqa. He asked that if she would receive any sawaab if he made sadqa on her behalf. The Prophet (Sall Allaho alaihi wasallam) answered by saying, %u2018Yes%u2019 (she would receive the reward).
when a well dug is of benefit for a person's mother, then the quranic aayat's which is word of Allah don't have any weightage if we recite and pray for a decease and name it as fateha.
If you have common-sencee you would understand this simple act of fateha.
Alhe sunnat has produced ppl like Abdul Qadir Jilani, Khwaja Gareeb Nawaaz, Ahmed Raza and many many more ( May Allah's mercy and peace be on them all) your sects don't even have aalims who can equal to them,
they spread islam among millions and millions of kuffars .
even though it is waste to tell you all these, sometimes i cannot tolerate insanes like you targeting aalims, buzorgaane deen and our master Maaz Allah..
Pray to Allah that he give hidaaya to you and guide you to the straight path
