India being a huge country it is very difficult to track the perpetrators of terrism, be it ISI agents or anyother organisation. Though we have a intelligence mechanism in place, practically it is difficult to screen each and every individual. Public should be educated and asked not to fall prey to the tactics adopted by the terrorists when they lure them with money etc. Further stringent punishment must be awarded for persons caught in antinational activities so that it serves as a lesson to the others.
