Even the terrorist attacked parliament is been requested to pardone. so what about the lives of ordinary people of India. the convicted may send to custody and feed them with royal treatment for 13 years and at the end they will come out and hack again Indian airlines. we can face another Kandahar in 2019. by the time all these jailed men will be fit to hack the airoplane.
