Our Government is always extending friendship gestures though it takes 13 years to try the 1993 Mumbai Blasts,Kargil, 2001 Parliament Attack, Akshardham,2006 Mumbai Train Blasts, and everyday happenings in Kashmir.
Till how long shall we keep deceiving ourselves ? A dog's tail can not straighten even you keep it for 12 years in a pipe. So is tha attitude of Pakistan that is not going to change. Stop dreaming of friendship at the cost of the lives of the innocent Indians. At least its time to convince Uncle Bush that his nephew Musharraf is another bad kid.
