Always Police or Intelligence agencies says that in most of the cases ISI & Pakistan aid is there, cant we stop migration & Cross border people so that this kind of things can be brought under control. When Police can trace persons responsible for this balst afterwards cant they find before? How come local pepole support this kind of Activities?
