Recent incedant of J&K as well as other places in india shows how weak congress government is in creating peace and law & order schuation in india by being mum on the request of seperatist party of J&K to remove death penalty of afzal to life prisonment. does india needs democracy or pakistan needs one? i think india needs one badly
