Today is 25th of September and your discussion board opened 3days back. So far only two persons bothered to post messages. Whereas the discussion about which movies to send as Indian entry to Oscars is 453 and still counting. Does this itself not answer our attitude to animals. Yes we are absolutely uncaring to animals and of course other humans as well. I do not think any change in law is required. India has ample laws for evrything under the sun. It is only the will to implementation that remains missing. We have SPCA and such agencies. What do they do? Busying themselve, wasting time and ennergy on stupid exercise like why ahorse has been used in a movie?Just Publicity gimmick! And for Civic agencies, they only seem to make sure that the stray dogs roaming residential colonies are never taken away and remain a permanent danger to children. Oh yes, all in the name of protecting 'wild life'.
