No the government doesn't care for animals, if not its silly to see that an elephant is dead because there was no treatment. And just previous week in news they found out, dead reptiles were being couriered. I dont know who is taking initiatives to stop all these, if its not stopped, then in future we will have to show our kids only the pictures of animals.
