All such judgements must be treated with suspicion, as judges in this corrupt land are known for toadying up to their political bosses. Anyways, as there is no such thing as perjury in the Indian 'justice' system, witnesses always seem to turn hostile, with total impunity - "lying in court is not a crime", as one judge is known to have remarked. Until and unless there is both Police and Legal reforms, criminals will keep on getting away with murder, literally. Maybe the CBI should initiate a probe into this case - who knows, some criminal netas may get caught in their net, 'inadvertently'.
