I guess comic relief is a welcome breath of fresh air in this stinking fetid land. If Childishness, Petulance and Tantrum-throwing are the main virtues of Indian society, then the netas are guilty of practising them with a vengeance, and whose infantile antics borders more on lunacy that mere stupidity. These shameless dacoits stand for nothing and care for nothing save their personal fortunes - they're pure opportunists, shifting alliances at the drop of a hat or some lakhs, or crore, or CMship or a cabinet berth or two. Such is the rank egregiousness and perversion of Indian 'politics' - the me-first factor: looking out for numero uno (and their bank accounts - same difference).
