the book u cite as well as ur article conceals the facts that:- _ a q khan was already convicted in a dutch court in 1983 _ attempts to extradite him to face sentence were frustrated by the CIA and th U.S. _ the case papers have since gone missing at the dutch court _The lady dutch judge who convicted a q khan (she has since retired) has indicated her suspicion that the CIA is responsible for the disappearance of the case papers .
