I dont think govt of India does not know how to protect their computers from data theft.
Internet usage for each individual can be monitored, USB drivves can be blocked, CD writing can be monitored.
Indian is thriving in info technology, but as evryone knows these govt deprtments are proud of their babudom they will never care for new technology until something serioully wrong happens with the dept or county.
