It is shame that Defence is losing its value and morale. Every other day, someone is caught doing nefarious activities. It is therefore clear that survellience has ben ignored in the Defence, be it Army, Navy or Air.
I call upon Defence HR Team to be careful at the time of induction of personnel in defence. While we hear of such incidents happening in IT and other sectors, The Chiefs of our Defence Forces would have seen the damage such people can do in non defence sector. One can simply measure the damage it can cause to our Defence, by such officials. Among the minor and major misconducts, apart from dismissal from service, may our Chiefs of Defence Forces be courageous enough to recommend to the Supreme commander of Forces for imposing DEATH PENALTY on such erring personnel.
While I write such note, I am aware of a threat to my life, my family from such erring officials, but for our Defence, I have dared to submit my comments.
