Soliciting a minor is a heinous crime. Many of these students caught in the sting operation are not aware that any sexual behavior with a minor is a crime. Many students from India think girls in USA are very promiscuous and their act is ok. International student body at all the universities must definitely counsel them, educate about the law and especially solicitation of minors must be dealt with.
