It is a shame that Skand Tyal, the then Indian Consul General in Houston stated "I am surprised that these people, who are so smart and are here to study disciplines like computer engineering, should be so careless about this." Careless is an incorrect word in the sentence. It should be replaced with ruthless, shameless etc. etc.and on those lines. I have many words to describe this behavior. I work for children and youth and I see children who are sexually abused and HOW MUCH they suffer emotionally every day in their lives. These perps/brainless creatures (not humans) should all be deported and punished in India as well and strictly told never be anywhere near the children. I sincerely pray and hope that these scums, if they have children, they are protected by other family members and safe in their own homes.
