And the Indian Consulate seems to be more concerned, not with pointing out the vileness of the act and stopping it, but with advising Indians to 'watch out' for the authorities.... To me seems like the Consulate is advising the perverts to go about their business carefully as the police can be around.... Stupid CG - should be recalled...
