Indians held in Sex Sting
by Francis on Oct 18, 2006 11:22 PM

This is not a straight case, It depends on lot of contexts, i have read some yahoo transcripts on internet on how law enforcement tries to lure, They do say they are 12 - 13 year old girls but the way they talk does not make any one believe that they are actually minors. And Indian people think a minor can't talk like that. Of course if the law enforcement officer or perverted justice member talks non-sexual and the person at the other end stresses sectual chat, its a different case, but when the law enforcement officer or perverted justice member makes other person to talk about sexual content and asks them to come and meet, even though the other person is chatting normally, its not the right thing for the law-enforcement officer to induce innocent people. After all internet chat is virtual/fantacy world and no body is not 100% sure of who is at the other end. The Courts/Government should be form some realistic rules about this. Funny thing in USA is, the persons who commit crimes against minors go scott free and people who get caught over these internet sting operations get jailed. The courts should see the history and conduct of the suspect before they convict him.
