"Dateline" a famous program sequence in NBC has been covering this offense for many years and telecasting the incidents repeatedly to create community awareness.
These students and professionals get addicted to internet chatting and have no time to live their lives. Internet is a menace for these kind of people and they need proper advice.
Interestingly, during the programs in NBC I've watched few years back, a lot of professionals, ex-Army personnel, 50+ aged uncles were involved but the media men were not able to take any legal actions against them. I've seen on TV half nude men running away from the camera. Probably now they are taking legal actions because of the involvement of "Perverted Justice".
This is required for the community at large anyways and hopefully will bring many other "perverts" to the right track.
