The judgement of the High Court in Matto Muder case is a Great relief to the society. It gives the sense that everything has not gone wild, some system still exists to check the social menace and punish the offenders who otherwise roam freely due to political or bureaucratic patronage. It would be able to restore the confidence of the people in the judiciary otherwise judgements given by the Sessions courts in this case and Jessica Lal are hopeless. Now we can hope that culprits in the Jessica and Nitis Katara case will also see the same order of the court. Thank you High Court. Thank you for right interpretation of the evidence.
