Does 13K make any difference

If 13K people's views are accepted while making decisions, then why is that a person with more votes accepted as MLA or MP. I am sure, more than 10 times of 13K people want afzal to be hanged.

I wish the Govt would go with the majority and hang afzal to death. Politicians down down.
