Hi, this is pravin. Whenever there is an epidemic /pandemic/or disaster we start blaming govt. What are we doing as a citizen, what are our hygiene standards. Not very long ago Plague happened in Gujarat. I admit our municipalities are sleeping; they want to earn salary without working, But if keep not only our house but also our surrounding clean, no water logging, proper disposal of waste then how can the flies or mosquitoes breed. Taking about cleanliness is easy; to follow is very hard. This is the same nation, where Gandhiji Lived, and taught us about cleanliness with a broom in his hand. Method are very simple. Maintain good clean environment, Fogging, avoid water logging, proper disposal of waste.
