DEAR UMAR FAROOQ WHAT IS A DIALOGUE ?
by I.SRINIVAS on Oct 05, 2006 10:38 AM

Dear Umar, If you really believe that Kashmir needs a dialogue why did you not condemn the attack on parliament ? Is it your verson of a dialogue or negotiations? An attack on parliament sent one message throughout India and U.S.A. , that Kashmiris do not accept Indian parliament as real parliament. Where is your real parliament existing ? In Islamabad? Then why is another Farooq (Abdullah) in the upper house of that parliament? Whom does he represent in Rajya Sabha?

Afzal did not get a fair trial you say . But you had a lot of time to object to the trial. Afzal himself did not care for his defence in court.

If Kahmiris are really asked to express their opinion will they prefer a secular India with guaranteed minority rights or a military dictatorship which suppresses civilians? Please be fair. What type of Kahmir do you want? And how is U.S. involved in it.?
