Or to be more precise in today's context, a super PM.

PM after PM, excepting Lal Bahadur Shastri and to a certain extent Indira (generosity to forgive her for the emergency a must), have made bad deliveries.

When it comes to delivering a blow to the naapaakies they have always developed cold feet.

Jawhar developed cold feet against Chew & Lie.

The coldest among all were those of Atal.
