India and China could initiate an agenda to optimize and minimize use of energy; e.g. Oil, Gas, Coal, Wood; thereby help control global warming without bothering about American initiation as this will help them the most. This initiative can have solitary effect on US. Global warming will harm them the most for the reasons: 1. Growing at a very high rate means their energy consumtion will keep growing rapidly. This means they shall sometime become greatest consumer of energy; which means they shall become major contributor to Global warming. 2. Global warming will affect them more than US being warmer countries. 3. Higher consumption means higher prices of Oil, Gas and Coal as we have seen recently and directly affect our economies. This will shorten the period of availabilty of energy inputs to us as well as to the world. 4. Being great civilisations and being most populus it is our major duty to the world at large. By the way we could be most populus only because nature had blassed us with resources and our forefathers made minimum and best use of resources by being nature friendly. So let us follow their footsteps with ingenuity with out affecting our growth.
