This article evokes strong feelings, considering the plight of Tibetans in Tibet, & those in exile. Confidence building is one thing, but the exploitation of Tibet region by the Chinese,their claim to Arunachal, & putting the border issue on 'back burner' etc does not make for security & long term settled peace.The situation is like the dagger dangling above, or the head being inside the wide open mouth of the dragon!!
