The whole issue, from the inceident to resurrection of the Jesica murder case, not only has suffered due to our judcial road map and prosecution system, but India has many brilliant Jethmalanis who never care for public honesty. In stead, let Shri Jethmalani be appointed as a one-man commission to enquire and report as to who really killed the girl?
