Himalayan neighbours

we may as well accept that Tibet will never be an independant country... but we should insist for a stonger autonomy for Tibet. the Dalai Lama should be able to go back to Lhasa and be the leader of his people, within the safety of Chinese territory.
together with Arunachal.. we must remind China of Aksai-Chin. we must impress that both sides are equally needy of such disputed territories.
we must make it clear to China that India has come a long way from Nehru's days. a strategic partnership will not only be of mutual benefit but also make the region stronger.
it is time China began behaving like a strong neighbour.. rather than impressing to be a neighbourhood bully, which it isn't really. a friendly India will only help China.. and China should reciprocate.. and stop playing dumb.
