Thats true what ever Raman projects here appears correct but china achieve this because of two reasons. Mainly considering nation as the prime interest and Political stability. Their system allows them to pursue their Goals irrespective of resistance where as in India every Govt has to think about its coalition and alliances. Only if we get a strong leader with majority Govt we will achieve what we want.
