Whats Christian Imperialism

Can you explain what is CHRISTIAN IMPERIALISM ?
Its a contracidiction. Firstly Christianity is not associated with Imperialism. The British and the Europeans are. Dont throw words casually.
Please research on the history of Christian missions in India.
