Bill Clinton has commented about a small district in Tamilnadu - Karur... which was completely devastated during Tsunami.. how well the town has come up again in terms of rehabilitation, early warning signal setup etc... He says Florida could not respond this way after Katherina.... I think you do not know anything to talk about Tamil nadu or its people except for some dirty politics which appears in newspapers!
