There should be no punishment to Drunk Drivers. Infact when a person is drunk, he slightly out of mind and in this he should be instead given some liberty in laws as any deed done during he/she was drunk was not purposely, it just happened out of mistake. Another reason, its not matter of rich or poor,.. but street is not a place to sleep. Any kind of accident or anything can happen if you sleep openly in footpaths or streets at night. Even a mad dog can suddenly bite you. Who is responsible for that ? If anyone speaks about poverty(poor people with no house) in this regard and then my comment is i'm not responsible for it. Government should look into it that footpath as the name implies should be used only for walking and not sleeping. Moreover just because the people sleeping there were poor, it does not mean you always have to point like Hindi movies that Poor people are good and Rich is always Bad. The vehicle owners pay road tax and not the padestrians or the people who sleep there at night.
