govt shld stop the sealing

ok ..i agree govt is right n 4 d betterment of delhi thy r doing sealing but can sumone tell me whn the master plan was there in 2001
why did the govt n mcd passed n approved the contstuction of commercial buliding in residencal areas aftr 2001...whn they knew is illegal, n unauthorized that r violated the Master Plan 2001 y did thy jus to make money n now wht even after spnding so much or say life time earnd money is goning to finish up with sealing ....n major of the big showrooms n shops n cum up in n after 2001..

wht i hv head is tht all the politcians hv invested into malls thts y thy r tring to force the traders to go to the malls...

i guess swiss bank is playing sum imprtant role as insted of those secrect numeric code thy r going to start with all the detail whch is gonna be easy to identify whos money is it ...as whn goverment wants so in tht case thr hv been reports tht there hv been huge withdrawl of money n closeure of several acc...so thre is so much to invest ....n all of thm hv already invested into land n now thy want to make more money...leagly....
