It is unfortunate that our national capital is facing such problems and court has to intervene to enforce the authorities to make delhi really a national capital and world class city . The judiciary is 100% correct in pulling up the govt as the Govt is handicapped in enforcing the law of the land . The pitiable condition is that every political party make a statement of every issue to suit its further cornering the vote bank and putting the national /social development in the dustbin . The present state of Delhi has occured due to neglect by the govt of the core issue of national capital and never bothering to prevent the illegal commercialisation , encroachment of roads even in private residential colony . Now a days supreme court is the torch bearer both for the govt and the public to become disciplined to solve the national problem . How can we boast of becoming the great nation without being disciplined . R V P Sinha
