MCD/DDA and politicians allow people to use residential premises for trading activities in the hope that later these will be regularised. I am observing it in Mayur Vihar phase-3/new kondli. The shops are sold for Rs 40 lacs and registered at Rs 40,000. I sought information from DDA, under RTI Act, they said 6 moths back that action is being taken. It is only court's order that politicians have to listen, though grudginly.
