DV act is a loosely drafted law only in favour of wives.I strogly disagree that it is in favour of women,or children,only the wife is favoured in a irrational way.I just want to ask Renuka chawdhary,what would she do if her sister in law uses this law,forces her brothers and father to stay out of thier own house,gets all male members of the family banned from entering the house and harass Renukas mother thrugh her maika walas? where is the security for the women of the house hold? where is the security for the sisters and old mother of the husband? he cant stop anyone who pretends to be helping his wife from entering his house,sitting in his own bedroom,moving around in his house at odd times. is this the idea of domestic harmony? was 498a inadequate to harass the family of husbands? it clearly shows that we are being controlled by people who are irresponsible,irrational and anti nation.
