All women are not are not harrassed and all are not ones who harrass.For those who are harrassed you have made a law whereby you will protect them but what about those who harrass???? You have given them one more tool instead of any mechanism of detterrence for which laws are made.Sir,there should be protection but laws must be fair and not lopsided.
