It is wrong to say that menof today who are not even born are responsible for wrongs done in the past. This laws are clearly being misused. There is no doubt about it. More than 98% of cases are false and done for money only.
will this abuse on men help harassed women? Definitely not. So uncrupolous women are misusing these laws to the detriment of needy and good women. See, in my own case my sister in law has filed a false dowry case and DV law on 18 members of family. She has stayed with us for 12 hours and did not want to say in a joint family and filed these cases for money. One woman is allowed to harass 6 innocent women. Do you think this is fair?
Also, men will rise up against abuse in time and as a collective society women will be in much worse state than ever. All right thinking men and women must ask for punishment if it is proven that the cases filed are false. Why are these feminists afraid?
