Dear sir, There is ample scope for gross misuse.Antisocials say any Tom , Dick and Harry with an intention to exhort money can easily blackmail any one.This is a big deterent to joint family system.Any law without adequate in built safety mechanism gives room for gross misuse,abuse and it may end up as a failed one.Even private firms may think twice before employ them.In summary,though the law is laudable but it serves little to the women folk..R.NADIMUTHU
