I am also an alumni of PSBB having passed out in 1990.Atleast during that time students were rated only on the basis of marks and overall development was only on paper. Infact students in the secondary school were graded and segregated into different classes only based on their marks. Does this contribute to overall development? It only degraded their performance as it made them feel inferior. There is no difference between PSBB and DAV. In fact DAV is better as it is a not for profit organisation but PSBB is run like a family business...maybe it makes better business sense!!!
