You are absolutely right. The first and firm step towards India's second partition has been taken by UPA. Office colleagues who never thought whether his friend is an FC or BC have suddenly started paying attention to the caste of others in the office. A friend of mine who had instituted an endowment for excellence in Physics in a local college in memory of his late father told me today that he is stopping this endowment and diverting the money for scholarship for deserving students of his community.
