I will not use such strong title, but I want to make a few points. First some thing needs to be done to give"POOR" an opportunity if they show merit.Merit should remain the primary criteria as I read that Harvard and Johns Hopkins Univ. medical school's dean saying that "It is the students who make the reputation of medical schools"--our students are provided facilities but they learn themselves and become famous doctors. Now regarding uplifting of poor/backward classes--my father in law helped his driver's children go to school .They have done well in their life.So I think that Indian Govt.can do more to help educate the poor--like in USA where education upto 12th grade is free for students.Schools do not discriminate whether you are rich or poor.Every one has access.
